Common shortcut keys (most browsers):
CONTROL KEYplus N Open a new window. CONTROL KEY plus T Open a new tab. CONTROL KEY plus W Close the current window/tab. CONTROL KEYplus R Refresh. ESC Stop. Alt plus Right arrow key Back Alt plus Left arrow key Forward. Alt plusHome Go to your homepage. Alt plusD Move focus to the address bar to type in a URL. CONTROL KEY plus Enter Add "http://www." and ".com" around an address.

FIRE FOX SHORTCUT KEYS:
ZOOM SHORTCUT KEY: PRESS THE CONTROL KEY (CTRL) AND TAP THE PLUS KEY ( plus) ON THE NUMBER KEYPAD (RIGHT SIDE OF KEYBOARD) UNTIL YOU GET THE DESIRED ZOOM. TO ZOOM OUT PRESS THE CONTROL KEY KEY (CTRL) AND TAP THE MINUS KEY ( - ) If you know the above shortcut keys, you are well on your way to working faster with Firefox. But, there are some Firefox-specific shortcut keys that will save you even more time. Check them out:
Ctrl plus T Open a new tab. Ctrl plus W Close the current window or tab. Ctrl plus Shift plus T Undo close tab (re-open the last closed tab) Ctrl plus Tab Switch to the next tab. Ctrl plus Shift plus Tab Switch to the previous tab. Ctrlplus[0-9] Switch to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. tab. / Open the "Find Text As You Type" widget (bottom of screen). ' Open the "Find Links As You Type" widget (bottom of screen). Ctrl plus G Find the next occurrence of a search phrase. Ctrl plus Shift plus G Find the previous occurrence of a search phrase. Ctrl plus K Move cursor to the Web Search widget (top right of screen)
